Shipping Information

All pieces will be sent USPS Priority Mail to PayPal verified addresses only.

Wine bottles are packed in individual wine shipping carriers to protect the bottle from damage.

All other pieces are wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and paper inside a USPS Priority Mail box.

Shipping charges are $8.95 per box.

Return Information

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Notification to ThePaintedBottle prior to returning the item is required.

Damaged items cannot be returned.  A claim must be submitted by the buyer to USPS for reimbursement.
ThePaintedBottle is not responsible for damages which occur during shipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and return postage charges (with tracking information) are the responsibility of the buyer.
All refunds will be processed through PayPal upon verification of receipt.
